What does that mean?
Different people buy theater tickets at different times from different places and at different prices. Group sales buyers may purchase 6-8 weeks or more in advance (at a steep discount). On the other hand Broadway shows often do 25%-40% of their sales during the week of performance. Increasingly customers research tickets on mobile, but buy on a desktop (or at the box office). Making sure the right offer is in front of the right customer at the right time is critical to the success of a show.
